Notes from the AMA
For subscribers who couldn't join the live AMA: here are the discussion points around key flashpoints to watch, Saudi's role, the regional chessboard outside Iran and QnA
The AMA was a great chance to connect directly with many of you, thanks to all who could make it! About 50 people joined across different time slots, jumping in as their schedules allowed. Due to a glitch in the calendar app, we actually started earlier than planned, but went ahead since so many were already there. Teething pains for the first AMA, but the discussion was rich and multifaceted. The next one will be smoother with more advance notice to everyone! For those who missed it or asked for recordings, this essay captures the major points discussed. We zoomed out from just Iran to examine the larger game around the Middle East, primarily, what would truly "settle" the region, and what Trump's larger 4D game really is.
